    The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    I’ve read the instructions. I do not have a zip file. The file I received is titled construction-base-pro. From the dashboard, when I select this folder it opens with several files and folders. What next?
