I believe I just want to hide only the page title, but could you please tell me how to do both – I would like to test out both options and see which solves my issue best.

The front page header is resolved, but the Static Inner Pages Banner is not changing when I upload a new image.
To check in case it was the same issue as above, this is where I have been going to change the inner banner:
Header Image > Shrinked Image for Inner pagesIs there somewhere else that I need to go to change the Inner Banner?
Ah, I see. I didn’t realize that the images had to be changed not only under Header Image but also under Feature Slider.

Since my post, the Inner Pages Banner has begun to work. The Front/Home page large banner still is not working even though the photos are loaded into the the Customizer.
This partially worked. It worked for the individual pages, as you said, but it doesn’t carry over to the Blog page (I have it in the Post Excerpt view, not the Masonry view). Is there a way to hide them for the whole blog page view?

Sorry, this code did not work. Nothing changed no matter which color I entered.
Is there something else I can try?
This code only changed the box surrounding the Site Title and Tagline, leaving the logo still on the unchanged grey background. I would like to change the entire background color, which only appears in mobile view. (I have changed the main body of the page to a light tan/warm grey color, but this color does not extend to the background at the top of the page in mobile view).
