Figured it out.
1. Set the default page layout in Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Options >> Layout Options >> Global Layout
2. For pages that require the sidebar, select Theme Settings (at the bottom), then select the desired layout.
I just realized something.
Membership is paid, with the purchase creating an account in WordPress. This means I need to change the “Register” URL on the login page. How do I change “https://casp.ca/login/?action=register” to another URL?
