We have updated our house state theme. Please do update our updated version of house state theme and go to Customizer -> Front Page -> Slider and you will see the button text option, there you can edit the text of the button.

It is not allowing it to read the file which is clearly shown by the error code “Reason: 403 – Forbidden.”
All directories should be 755 or 750 permission and All the files should be 644 or 640 permission. Please refer to https://wordpress.org/support/article/changing-file-permissions/
