Actually we are not quite clear about your queries on the telephone banner. Which section is the telephone banner? A screenshot would have been best.
To get the links of the pages, you can use the menu and go to the related pages. The feature you are asking is not available in the theme for now.
Further, you can change the text color with the CSS. The feature is not available in the theme, however, we can help you with the CSS if you can give us the specific section highlighting the text so we can be clear and help you.

You can add below given CSS following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS to remove the top bar.

Please once update your site to the latest version of the theme.
About the customization, you should not make any modification directly in your parent theme as all of the customizations will be lost upon update to the latest version of the theme and the same situation is here when you reinstall the theme.
So please go through the child theme for the changes and shift all your customizations in the child theme before you update the theme. You can refer to the below-given documentation link to get detailed assistance on how to create a child theme.

Sorry for the inconvenience but everything is working fine with the latest version of the theme.
Please do the following process and verify your issue:
1. Once uninstall the theme and reinstall and activate the latest zip.
