I am having an issue with adding a video as header video.
When in Appearance -> Customizing -> Header Media, I uploaded a video that is of the .mp4 file and below the max. file size, but the header disappears suddenly. When I remove the video the image header appears again.
Does anyone know what the problem is?

Regarding your query, you have to add the Mp4 of the size below 8mb so alternatively, you can add the youtube video which won’t make any difficulties. So you can get reference by the screenshot given below:
