For this go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste below given CSS.

If we change the background of the site title text then the site title itself will be hidden.

But if you still want the header background to be black then use below given CSS.

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px){
.site-header {
    background-color: #000; 
}
}

Also, the theme has provided the option to change the color of the header section so please go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Color Options > Header Color Options and change the color as per your requirement.

By default, the search form will only search the posts but not the WooCommerce products.

However, it can be solved through the child theme with some custom code.

For this create the child theme manually or simply create the child theme using the plugin below:

After creating the child theme in your child theme create the file “searchform.php” and paste below-given code.
