Actually, we are not quite clear which section you want to remove from the theme so please provide the screenshot so that we can help you further.

Also if you meat by the section that appears beside the slider then it can be removed by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Featured Section right and remove all the widgets.

All our premium themes comes with initial 1 year of Subscription. This means that you can download the updates and get private support forum access till 1 year of purchase date. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates and get private support forum access. But this subscription has nothing to do with the usages of the theme to your site. You can use it in your site as long as you want it without renewing your subscription.

Please follow below-given steps to set up your service section.

1. Go to Admin Panel > Posts > Category and create the new category.

2. Now go to Admin Panel > Posts > Add New and create new post including the content/ image related to service.

3. Finally go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Sections > Service Sections.

Also, these post will definitely be displayed in the blog listing page so at first create the post to set up these sections then only create the news related posts so that these post won’t be displayed.

Yes you can definitely use the theme in another website and for this, you need to deactivate your license in the current website and copy that license and paste in the new one by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Theme License and activate it.

Also please let us know if you want to customize your service section or not. If you want then please let us know so that we will again resend you an email with the estimated timeline.

Actually the theme is designed in such way where you can set the service section by choosing your desired category.

So for the service section, please create the separate category. Also, create different posts by including the content that you want to show in the service section and assign them to that separate category and display them in the service section.

You can also enable the icon as in the demo from Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Sections > Service.

Similarly for other section as well create separate category and posts including the content as required and display them.
