In order to add the carousel go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Featured Carousel > Carousel Type > Enable Carousel On and select the option Static Front Page Only . From Select Carousel Type field you can chose the options from the drop down to display in featured carousel section. Also make sure you have uploaded the image in the featured image section of the post/page as the image will display from this section.
Now to add the google ads in the Header go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Header Right Widget Area and place the widget MP:Image . Here upload the image size of 728*90 px or you can add the text widget in the widget area and add the source code for image in content area.

Thank you very much for the appreciation.
In this theme after clicking place order its displaying the payment system is not available.
For this issue you need to go to Admin Panel > WooCommerce > Settings > Cash on delivery and enable “Enable cash on delivery”
Dont we have the cash on delivery and esewa payment integration in this theme.
For this you can use below recommended plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-esewa/NOTE: We cannot assure about 100% compatibility of this plugin with the theme.

To display the latest post in the featured content section you have to create and activate the child theme.

You can also create the child theme using the plugin. Below is the link to one of them.

Also make sure to chose the option Featured Posts from Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Featured Content > Featured Content Type > Select Type . It will only work upon choosing this option.

Actually Jetpack is not necessary to handle the layout . The Masonry option will handle it for you .

Your issue has been answered below in points
(a) the text isn’t centered for each Feature
As we have checked you site URL the text seems to be fine .
(b) the bottom of the grid is missing for each title and icon
For this use below given CSS in the location Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
.features-list li:nth-child(-n+3) { border-bottom: 1px solid #ddd; }(c) I have uploaded a custom image for this section, but it is not showing on the page.
While we have uploaded the custom image locally it is working fine . So please once go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Sections > Feature Options > Featured Image 1,2,3 and upload image of your choice . Similarly for image in icon section select Icon Image as Icon Type and upload the image in Image Icon 1,2,3 filed respectively .

As we have checked the issue locally we are unable to find such issue and child theme is working fine.
So once go to wp-config.php file and set WP_DEBUG as true and check. Also check the permissions on the child theme files .

Such type of issue might have cause due to different URL in WordPress Address URL or Site Address URL settings. So please once verify the setting and correct them if required.
For your information we do not find such kind of issue locally . SO please do post your site URL if above suggestion did not work for the further inspection.
