Hi I bought this theme, but after installation, there is nothing on my website, there is no slider, no pictures and other things.
So what should I do?
As I am a new learner for wordpress, I like the Magezine Plus Pro theme, I just want to change the words, pictures and other information, but there is no information on my website, please kindly let me know how to do?
Another question, I bought the theme, but just test by my computer, still not upload to my domine, I am wondering, if I edit by my computer, then when I upload to my internet domine, can everything still exist? Is the license still avaliable?

After the installation you have to set the section available in the theme by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize as we do not have the dummy content available .
Here you will find different sections which you need to set up. And if you find any difficulty while setting up the sections please let us know .
Now to migrate the settings when you upload to the internet domain you can use the plugins . Below is the link to one of them:

HenryFor an example, how can I add one big slider just like the pictures you showed?
I tried to use 3 colomn, primary sidebar/content/second sidebar, but I want to add one big slider on the top of the content, how should I do that?
Also how can I adjust the width of this 3 column?

To set up the carousel section as shown in the demo i.e the section with three big image go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Featured Carousel > Carousel Type and enable the section . You have the options to chose from the category , featured tag and sticky post. You can also manage the settings from Carousel Options.
Now to use the slider go to Admin panel > Appearance > Customize > Widget >Front Page Widget Area and add the widget MP: News Slider then you will have the slider as shown in the demo .
Actually all of this instruction will be included in the theme instruction of the theme which is in the process of making and we will releasing the instruction soon .

I tried several times as what you told me, I still can not add the slider like the demo showing, when I add carousel and MP:NEWS SLIDER in the front page widget area, there is no any change for the front page, I tried several times, still nothing happened.
Could I send the theme which I bought to you, and you help me to add all the widget exactly like the demo showed? As what I like is the demo, I want exactly the same, but the theme you sent me is too simple.
In my last consult, I told you that I am just a new learner of wordpress, but I really like the theme showed by demo, but when I got the file sent to my email, it is totally different.
If you can not help me, I just want refund.

Please once verify whether you have set your Front page displays to the static page or not .
For this go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Static Front Page and set your Front page display to static page. Then assign the pages for Front page and blog page .

I tried again just as your instruction.
But there is no ‘Static Front Page’ in my website customizing panel, I do not know how to do now.
Could you give me an email adress that I can send you a picture of my website?
For this website, I am learning from my own computer, testing everything, but the front page is not working.
I noticed that some other users submitted the same question for this theme, please help me.
Also please tell me how to refund for this theme, because it costs me so much time to adjust everything, but nothing happened, I am tired with that.

As we have mentioned earlier, you can set the static front page by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Static Front Page and set your Front page display to static page. Then assign the pages for Front page and blog page.
The setting option we are talking about is the WordPress default setting which can also be found in Admin Dashboard > Settings > Reading > front page Displays.
Also, we apologize for the inconvenience, however, while we have tested the theme on our side, no issues in the theme was found in the theme like you have mentioned.
You can send your screenshots of your customizer settings and front page screens to our official support email support[at]wensolutions.com so that we could inspect the issue further.

We have inspected the screenshot images sent to our support e-mail and it is seen that the issue is not theme related.
The WordPress reading settings for static front page, “Front Page Displays” option is missing in your Admin Dashboard. The issue is WordPress installation related and is not caused by the theme itself.
Please try switching the theme to default twentyseventeen theme to check for the issue. If the issue is not resolved, please try re-installing a fresh copy of WordPress to further debug.

In order to add the carousel go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Featured Carousel > Carousel Type > Enable Carousel On and select the option Static Front Page Only . From Select Carousel Type field you can chose the options from the drop down to display in featured carousel section. Also make sure you have uploaded the image in the featured image section of the post/page as the image will display from this section.
Now to add the google ads in the Header go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Header Right Widget Area and place the widget MP:Image . Here upload the image size of 728*90 px or you can add the text widget in the widget area and add the source code for image in content area.

I tried as you told me for the carousel for the top front page, but failed many many times.
Also for the top right corner, I want to add a picture for an advertisement, I made the size of the picture to 728px*90px, but it can not show as the size, only showed half.
I ust add widget>>>MP: IMAGE, but it can not show as what you wanted.
Please try it by yourself and let me know the result, also is there any other way to make it.

As we have checked the theme locally it is working absolutely fine as you can see in the below screen shot .

Also please share your website URL so that we could inspect the issue of featured carousel as we do not have any issue locally .
