Regarding the first issue when we inspect your site URL, the header image you have uploaded is not found from the URL of the image used. And when we tried the different image URL it is working fine .So please make sure you have uploaded the image correctly from the correct location .And the feature of banner image is also working fine on our side too.
As for the second issue , Please use below given CSS.
.navbar-fixed-active { padding-bottom: 20px !important; }Hope this helps.

The theme does not have the feature to add new section with the other categories. Unfortunately, the theme doesn’t support this customization
So if want such features then you can always consider hiring a professional developer.

To make the assigned category displayed in the news section goto Admin panel > Appearance > Customize > Theme Option > Home Page Options,check on Enable News Section and Enable events Sections and select the category from News Category and Events Category field .
You can also refer to themes official documentation to set up the sections.And if you find any difficulty while setting up any of the section you can post them with the proper explanation and we will help you.

The solutions to your issue is listed in the points below.
Issue No:1
To change the default banner image by the image of your choice go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Layout Options . Set the banner image of your choice .
Now to manage the layout goto Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Header Options select the layouts . Here you will find the options to Enable Fixed Header for Large Devices if the layout is not working in the mobile view for you.Issue no:2
To place the logo in the center in the responsive view use below given CSS by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
@media(max-width:768px){ header .container .row .col-xs-12.col-sm-6.col-md-4 { text-align: center; }Issue no:3
To add the padding menu section in the sticky mode Use below CSS in above given location.

To manage the slider height in the absence of the link button use below CSS.

The have the social icons in the footer area you can use the TP: Social links Widget feature.
For this place the TP: Social Link widget in the in any of the Footer widget area by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Widget > Footer 1, Footer 2 and Footer 3 .

To get the feature to open the associated URL in a new tab you have to go through the child theme approach.
Below is the link of the plugin you can use to create and activate the child theme.

After creating and activating the child theme, in your child themes functions.php paste below given code.

And social link option is used through the widget. In the widget area you can find the widget TP:Social Icon. Those social link will appear where ever you place the widget TP:Social Icon.
The setting of the social links is available in Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Social Links > Social Links . You can input the links for your required link only.Hope this helps.

To move the new and events widget under home content you have to create and activate the child theme.
Below is the link of the plugin you can use to create and activate the child theme.

To add make any change through the CSS or want to add the additional CSS you can go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS .
And to make the title white use below given CSS in the same location mentioned above.

After the inspection of the site from the login detail you have provided , we found that you have used the Related Posts from the jetpack plugin.
So please go to Admin Panel > Jetpack > Settings > Engagement > Related Posts and turn of the setting.
