Yes, the required plugin has to be downloaded separately from the account dashboard of an user who registered and purchased the plugin.

Since you are not an authorized person you won’t be able to download the plugin which is obvious.

She can do “Forgot password” from same login form where new password will be sent to her email.

This way account dashboard can be accessed and download the required plugin that is separately bundled with the theme.

You can control the width of the pages by setting the global layout for the pages.

To do so, please go to your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Layout Options and set the “Global Layout” option to “Content-primary Sidebar”.

This will also allow you to display the sidebar widgets in the “Primary Sidebar” widget area.

The feature to get the future events to display in the Events section is not yet available in the theme. The date displayed in the Event section for the posts is actually the post publish date for the post selected in the section.

However, you can get the feature by modifying the posts query and setting the posts to “Scheduled” with child theme approach. To know more about child theme, see the link here : https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

You can also automate the task with the help of Child theme generator plugin.

After creating and activating the child theme, paste in the following block of code in your child theme’s functions.php file :

This will let you pull the posts set as “Scheduled” from your posts that will allow you to add future events in the Events listing.

You can use and apply the custom CSS for your modifications / desired changes through the Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS ( for WP version 4.7 or greater ) OR from Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Advanced Options > Custom CSS.

Also, if you are using a child theme, you can add your custom styles via the child theme’s style.css file. However, we never encourage the direct modification of the theme’s style.css file as the changes will be lost upon the theme update.

The theme provide the maximum transition time of 10 second only but at the same time it also has the options to uncheck the Enable Autoplay.

For this you can go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Clean Corporate : Testimonial Slider and uncheck the Enable Autoplay Options.

Also slider has the pager options for the manual transition of slider .
