Currently this is in our plan and research to update and implement all our existing theme for compatibility of all such Schema, Google Structure Data and Micro data. Instantly we are unable to suggest anything on these matters and therefore would like to request you to do in your custom theme by yourself or take help of any other professionals.

The Pro version of the Education Hub theme does have the feature to set Dynamic Notices displayed from a chosen category in the header.
The Text and links in the dynamic notice types comes actually from the post title and the post URL set in the post in the chosen category.
To use the dynamic notice feature, please create a category for your notices ( eg. Notice ) and add individual posts for individual notices. Then, choose the category from Admin Dashboard > appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Header Options > Notice Category. Save your changes and the posts in the selected category will be displayed in the Notice section.
Note : The no. of notices is not limited to 3 in the pro version of the theme , you can multiple Number of Notices, provided that the selected category has the selected no. of posts.

We have inspected the website URL and it is seen that you have activated Profit mag theme in your website and not the Education Hub Pro theme.
Kindly post your threads in the theme specific support forums as it gets difficult to address different theme issue in a single thread.
Regarding your query, please paste in the following custom CSS in your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS that will decrease the spacing between the slide and home page blocks :

We do not have the option to change the color of the link to the next post but please try the below CSS to solve your issue.
For this goto to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste the below CSS.nav.navigation.post-navigation a { color: #f00; background-color: #FFDAB9; }You can change the code of the color as your choice .

Please find below the breakdown of your queries and the responses listed down below :
- Is it possible to exchange license to University theme? :
- Does the expiry date mean that I have to pay $49 a year to keep the theme, updates, or support after that date? :
- I would like to add shortcode of a different slider in the theme :
we currently do not have the exchange policies for the themes purchased. So, you cannot exchange the purchased license of the education hub pro theme with the University Hub theme.
The license key is used to verify the theme for the eligibility to get theme future updates and benefits, therefore even though the theme will run without any problems even after the licence expiration you will need to activate the licence again to get latest updates for the theme after expiration.
Both Education Hub Pro theme and the University Hub Pro theme comes with the inbuilt featured slider in the theme that you can modify and setup as per your requirements.
If you wish to disable the slider and use third party slider shortcodes, you can do that by using the shortcode in home content area, however as the theme has not been tested for usage with third party plugins, we cannot be assured of compatibility of the plugin with the theme.
