KeymasterHello eziser,
All your queries have been answered below,
1. The code didn’t work. You can see it implemented on my site now (www.tickettotakeoff.com) and the broken icon is still present.
We inspected your site and we think that you have not properly added the code or you might have forgot to save the changes on the customizer.
2. What theme were you seeing previously. This has me worried…
It might probably be nothing, it can just be a cache issue or due to some connection problem here as we have not seen that issue ever since. Don’t worry if that issue occurs again we are always here to help anytime 🙂
3. Why is my custom link opening in a new window, even though that box is unchecked?
Yes, since social menu normally links to external site we have set it to open in new tab automatically but if you want to disable the feature you will have to create a child theme ( to create the child theme you can use this easy child theme creating plugin )
After creating the child theme just add the below given code on functions.php file of the child theme,
Hope it helps.

KeymasterHello,
Since you are using a your own custom link you will have to add an additional CSS that will show up when you have your custom link on the social menu.
Don’t worry its quite simple and not so hard to understand as we will provide you the required CSS code.
Just copy and paste the below given code to
Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS
Below is the code you need to copy.
.photomania_widget_social ul li a[href*="www.tickettotakeoff.com/subscribe-to-rss"]::before { content: "\f09e"; }This will do the trick.
Hope it helps.

KeymasterHello @AKIRA IWAI,
After selecting and setting the front page to be “Static Front Page” you will need to configure each of the Home Page Blocks from the Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Home Page Blocks
Please try selecting the categories in each of the home page blocks to see if it resolves the issues.
If the instructions above doesn’t help, please share with us your website URL so that we could inspect your website and provide a possible fix.
Hops this Helps,
Best Regards !!

KeymasterSometime due to slower connection some scripts fails to load or due to server cache, probably this could be the reason of this issue.

KeymasterHello,
Currently you do not seem to have used the rss link in the social menu placed at the header-top right.
The theme by default supports all the major social icons display automatically. As the theme supports the use of font-awesome icon classes included in the theme, you can use the “fa fa-rss” icon class in the “Menu Classes” under the menu item to provide the icon for the menu item specifically.
Please let us know after adding the menu item if you need further assistance on using CSS Classes for menu items.
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards.

KeymasterHello,
While we have tested your website, the site seems to be working fine in the mobile device.
It is also a very rare case that the theme would have caused such an issue.
Did you have installed / activated any third party plugin that might have caused any such problems?
We would surely look further into the issue, however would like to request you to verify the issue further and let us know if any such issue is seen further so that we could debug further.
Best Regards .

December 24, 2016 at 3:45 am in reply to: Possible to change "Services" Section to Categories? #26567wensolutions
KeymasterHello,
Sorry that you had to go through some extra steps. With the theme design the developers decided to provide only pages selection option as a theme feature in the services section.
We will however take your request as a user feedback and will definitely consider the features for the future updates of the theme.
If you have any further queries, please feel free to post them.
Best Regards ..

KeymasterHello,
It looks like you are using the website in the zoomed out view port in your browser as while we have tested the site in the 100% zoom level the image does stretch to the sides.
For the fix of the issue for your browser window zoom level / viewport, please paste in the following custom CSS in your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Advanced Options > Custom CSS :
#masthead { background-size: cover; }Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello @EZiser,
The CTA button is designed to meet wide range of user requirements with the availability of custom link.
We cannot specifically recommend a method for the usage of the CTA section as it the choice for the users for suitable usage.
As per the Text, you can center it by adding a simple Custom CSS as :
.cta-content-text > p { float: none; }Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!
