Customizer load problems might be caused by conflicts with plugins you have installed.
Please try deactavating any third party plugins that is currently activated in your website one by one and check if it resolves the issue.

Please disregard the previous general solution given to you.
Exceptionally, this particular theme does not require the License Key to activate in your site. This means it is already activation ready.
Although License Key is shown in your account dashboard it requires no implementation in your site.
However, it’s vendor WEN Themes is soon going to release the update which will support the Theme Palace license key as well.
But still you can happily enjoy all of its theme features and the support team is right there to fix any theme related bugs and issues you have.
Update on new version supporting your license will be notified to you.

As far as we have checked this theme locally and it works all fine and all the customizer settings are working perfectly.
However the customizer functionality is not checked with any third party plugins except the theme recommended plugins.
So, if you have installed any third party plugins then please try disabling them one by one and check you site if the issue is fixed. If the issue is fixed you will know the exact plugin that have created the issue.

Since the theme does not have this feature, have you tried checking any compatible plugin that is able to meet your request.
If you do not want to use a plugin you can also try hiring a developer who will be able to complete the feature request for you.

Regarding #1, to view the License key and other purchase details click View Details and Downloads.
Regarding #2, make sure you activate the Pro version that you just purchased.
If you have free theme activated then this option won’t show in your dashboard.Please confirm those cases and let us know if you have any more questions.

You can simply place the YouTube video link on you static front page content (If you have selected your home page as a static front page) by going to
Dashboard -> Page -> All Page -> (select and edit the page you have used as static front page ) -> Copy and paste the YouTube Video link on the content area.Just make sure that you have enabled to show hope page content from,
Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Home Page Options -> Show home contentHope it helps.

The contents for the “teams” and “testimonial” sections come from the widget “EH:Teams” and “EH:Testimonial Slider” widgets in Appearance > widgets section. Create a team category and add posts for individual team member. The post title, featured image and excerpt will be used to display team members details.
You can select your post category and no. of posts you want to display in the team section and similarly in the testimonial slider.

To decrease the white space between website title and mobile drop-down menu in mobile view only add the following custom CSS in your Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Advanced Options > Custom CSS Field.

The customizer load problem in your site might have been caused by plugins installed in your website.

To decrease the white space between logo and quick links bar in mobile view only paste in the following custom CSS in your Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Advanced Options > Custom CSS Field.
@media only screen and (max-width: 479px){ #page #masthead { padding-top: 23px; }}You can increase / decrease the padding-top value as per your logo size and requirements.
