Hello @missviet.photo,
I recommend asking your question at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/ultimate-facebook-page-plugin-widget so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.
Let us know if you have any queries.Regards,
wensolutionsKeymaster@ruurik- The banner image can be uploaded by two methods, one is uploading same banner image for all the pages as I mentioned above and you can also upload it for each page separately as well going to each individual page.
Best Regards
wensolutionsKeymaster@ruurik – Glad to know that you were able to solve the issue. There is no restriction in size and file formats of the image. However the image should not be too small or too blur for the sake of visibility purpose.
Regards.
wensolutionsKeymaster@ruurik – Here’s another way to change the image. Go to Appearance-> Customize -> Theme Options -> Custom CSS and then Paste following code inside the box:
.page-inner-title { background-image: url(http://wensolutions.com/themereview2/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/dsc20050604_133440_34211-2.jpg) !important; }
Next select image of recommended size and replace image path of above code with your own image path.
Here’s is the guide on finding the path/url of your sites’s media files:

wensolutionsKeymasterHello @ruurik,
Hope you are doing good today 🙂
The default banner image will appear only in the case you haven’t uploaded your image through Customize > Theme Options > Layout Options > Default Banner Image.
Also make sure to click the button Save & Publish after selecting the new image.Let us know if you face any difficulty displaying the new banner image.
Thanks.wensolutionsKeymasterHello @Miriam,
You can achieve this feature by customizing the code. To make changes like this, you have to make a child theme, so your tweaks won’t be overwritten when updating the theme. After activating child theme, Go to inc-> hooks->homepage-service.php line no. 159 and replace following line-segment:
<a href="<?php echo esc_url(
by:
<a target="_blank" href="<?php echo esc_url(
Here are some guides in case you haven’t made child theme before:

wensolutionsKeymasterHello @vpchamber,
Hope you are well and thanks for posting your question here.
You need to write some CSS code inorder to make the slider height smaller. Go to Customize-> Themes Options-> Advanced Options-> Custom CSS and paste the following code:#main-slider { max-height: 500px !important; } @media only screen and (max-width: 500px) { #main-slider .cycle-caption { left: 13%; padding: 3px 6px; top: 150px; width: 62%; } }
When you are done, click save and publish. Now the slider height should be smaller. If you want smaller than this height then you can adjust it by changing the value from 500px to lower value.
Thanks.
wensolutionsKeymasterHi @regbert,
Well, you are not recommended to change or edit the demo content that just meant for taking up the space as a placeholder .
Instead you can select either of the two available select options Featured Posts or Featured Pages to display your contents on this section.
Featured Posts : On choosing this option enables another three fields to input ID of the posts that shows content from these posts.
To find post ID refer : http://goo.gl/7gCuGh
Featured Pages: On choosing this option enables another three fields to choose the available pages to show up in each 3 columns in featured section of homepage.
Hope this will helps resolving your query.
Thanks
wensolutionsKeymasterHello @Martin,
Thanks for your screenshot.
I inspected your site in different PC’s with different browsers and the issue of circles seem to appear sporadically seems to be in old version of browser when tested.
So try checking your browser version and update.
If the issue still continues feel free to post.
Let us know how it goes.Best Regards!!!
wensolutionsKeymaster@9toy,
First of all you need to Go to Customize-> Theme options-> Footer Options -> Select Number of Sidebars In Footer Area section as 4 from drop down options. Click Save and Publish.Next refresh your site. You should now be able to see four footer columns from 1 to 4 from Customize >> Widgets section.
Now add one widget on one footer column section. Click Save and Publish when you are done. This should be the trick to show 4 columns footer widget section as in the demo site.
Hope it helps to resolve your queries.
Thanks!!wensolutionsKeymasterHello @Martin
Thanks for your site URL.
I seem to have some of my fa- images not showing on the homepage. I have had a play and they seem to come and go
This line you said seems to be a bit confusing “I have had a play and they seem to come and go” . As I have seen your site all the fa-images seems to be fine.
I have checked your site in Chrome, Firefox and Microsoft edge and all the fa-icons are showing to me on your site’s front page.
Can you please further explain your issue which part fa-icons are not showing in your home page may be with screenshot.Best Regards!!!
wensolutionsKeymasterHello @9toy,
Regarding #1 screenshot, you can create a new menu item from Custom Links and put ‘#’ in URL field. This will give you unlinked menu item in your Primary menu.
Regarding #2 screenshot, please follow these steps as documented here.

wensolutionsKeymasterWell, I tried to upload a similar 16×16 .ico extension file just to replicate your scenario but then I got an error. So probably this is what WordPress couldn’t let you do crop with that smaller dimension other than what the size is recommended to upload.
So its better if you could choose the good quality image .png and let this crop to 512px in upload screen will let you set the perfect favicon for your site.
You can once try out this approach!
wensolutionsKeymasterNice to know that the problem has been solved. If there are any further query, then, please feel free to post them.
We will really appreciate if you could help us too by rating our theme in WordPress repo here:-

wensolutionsKeymasterHello @KD,
Thank you for your interest in buying Photo Perfect Pro theme.
Well, when you switch to Pro version you do not need to fully customize or rebuild your site.
In other words, your theme option customizer values would remain same just that your sidebar widgets will be reset to default. Therefore, you need to re-organize the widgets after activating Pro version if widgets exists in your current free version. So widgets are the limitation in this case.
Note: Widget resetting on theme switch is a default behavior of WordPress and not a specific limitation of this theme.
Hope you will proceed accordingly by taking note of widgets prior upgrading to Pro version so that you can easily recreate them later.
Hope this removed your confusion!
Thanks
