Yes, we did find the issue in your side but could not replicate it on ours. Once please remove the text with HTMl code from that post and directly dd the plane content. For the heading and other stuff, you can directly edit it from the option available in the text area. You do not need to add the HTML tag for the text edit.

Regarding your query, you can add below given CSS following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS for adjusting logo size in all the pages.
.page img.custom-logo { max-height: 90px; }
You can increase or decrease the height as per your requirement.

Regarding you query, the featured is managed by the theme itself and you have to add more menu in order to make the logo in the middle of the header.
As shown in the screenshot below, menu with long text might also help you to adjust.

To have the icon in the menu section above the menu items you have to add the font awesome classes in the backend in menu sections.
For this go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Menus .
To make the section to place the CSS classes appear you have to check the CSS classes in the screen options as seen in screen shot below.

Here in the particular menu item assigned to menu, you can see the section to place the CSS class. There you can place the CSS class and
you will have the icon in front end.For more clear information please refer to below screenshot.

The error and warnings that you are getting is because theme is trying to load the necessary required files., but as there are many files are being loaded by the theme, the page speed test is showing those errors.

Regarding your query, actually the menu and logo is managed by the theme itself. You can change the location with the CSS however the design will be messed up after the changes.
However, please provide us with your site URL so that we can help you if possible.
Also, provide us with screenshot explaining and marking where the menu and logo should locate.
