Hello sir, I see that the price for the ‘Popular Destinations’ is still based from the Single Pricing option. I am using the Multiple Pricing Option. Can you please make sure that the pricing is based from Multiple Pricing Option please? I was informed by the WP Travel developer that this is a Tourable Pro issue. Hope you can help me on this issue please.
Thank you very much.
May 30, 2019 at 5:14 am #98817wensolutionsKeymasterHello,
Currently, the theme only displays the price from the single pricing option.
However, we have already informed the theme author to manage the setting and display the price according to the date and prices setting.
We will fix the issue and come up with the fix pretty soon.
Hoping for your kind co-operations.
Regards!!
May 30, 2019 at 6:16 am #98818Izzat KhiruddinParticipantThank you very much for your response. Also, the ‘Sale’ or ‘Offer’ sign does not appear when I switch on the Sale price. Can you also check on this please? Thank you. The WP Travel developer mentioned it is not a plug-in issue, so it must be an issue with the theme.
Thank you.
May 30, 2019 at 7:25 am #98822wensolutionsKeymasterHello,
Since the pricing comes from the single pricing, even if you add the sale price in multiple pricing options it does not matter. But if you add the sale pricing in single pricing then it will be displayed.
We will fix the issue and come with the update.
Thank you.

First of all, you need to make sure that the licence key is entered well for the theme that you are running with.
To get the update notification, please go to, Admin Panel > Appearance > themes. You can go on Update Now button to update the theme there.
Also, alternatively, in the Admin Panel > Dashboard > Home > Update , you will get the link to update the theme.
Hope this helps.

Thank you very much for that. However, the ‘Offer’ sign is still not there (on the Popular Destinations area of the Homepage) when I have activated the ‘Sale’ price.
