    Hello sir, if you check my current live website, http://www.activexplorers.com , at this same ‘Popular Destinations’ section or in the live site, its the ‘Our Best Selling Packages’ area, not all of the selected packages have an ‘Offer’ sign. For example, the Hudson Hotel package which is $1.00, is actually on sale – it does not have the ‘Offer’ sign. Can you please check and to make sure the ‘Offer’ sign is working for all the packages, please? Thank you.

    Hello sir, when I went to Dashboard > Updates, it says theme is already updated but for WP Travel:
    WP Travel Pro
    You have version 1.0.7 installed. Update to 1.0.8. View version 1.0.8 details. and when I updated it, it says, ‘An error occurred while updating WP Travel Pro: Download failed. Unauthorized’. It also states ‘The update process is starting. This process may take a while on some hosts, so please be patient.

    Enabling Maintenance mode…’

    what does this mean?

    When we inspected your site, we found that your site is running with the theme version 1.0.6 and the update of version 1.0.7 is already out. Please once reload your dashboard and recheck the update.

    Hello sir, I checked again, It says the theme and WP travel have both been updated, but when I checked at my live site, the issue is still the same. The ‘Offer’ sign does not appear for all the packages which I have put Sale Price for. Thank you.

    When we inspected further, we came to know that you have changed the URL name of your site and the URL is not as same as when you registered when the purchase to the PRO theme and plugin was made.

    Please send the licence reset mail in the given email address : info[at]themepalace.com

    Also, regarding the offer feature of WP Travel, the new update of WP Travel is already out with the fix.
