My site have 2 languguages, but I am not see in anywhere for translate title, caption and button. Can you help me?

Also, if you have already made translation ready then you can get the button to display the language changing the option on the header part of your site.

All the strings of our theme are translation ready, and you can translate any titles, button text as you mentioned.
We haven’t used the plugin that you have mentioned but make sure, the plugin you have been using translates the strings.
Also, we have used the Loco translate for the translation, if in case your plugin won’t translate strings, you can switch to Loco Translate.
Also, you can directly create page title/ post title in the language you want to make a translation.

This problem here, both languges justed used 1 slider. I i did that below:
Appearance->Customize->Featured Slide->Slider Type… input title, image, caption, button but not anywhere to choose language…

As for now, the feature regarding providing input field for other language is not available. However, we have inform the theme author to make the theme compatible with WPML plugin so that you will be provided input field for other language.
