    Hi!

    We receive the following message in the dashboard: “University Hub Pro License Key has not been activated, so the theme is inactive.”. When trying to activate the license we see “License status is unknown.” error. Can you please check?

    We have the same issue after a system restore. Following the FAQ to deäctivate and reäctivate the site did not resolve the issue, the “License status is unknown.”
