Hi I Just Downloaded The Free version OF Travel Eye theme
But the Demo File/ Dummy Data File Is Not AvailableCurrently demo content is not available for the theme. But here is a supporting documentation of the theme that would give you a brief walk-through on how to setup your homepage as per demo and other available customization options.

This is written in installation.“After this you would be able see a pop-up box appear, click Import/Export section and browse the location of demo file. After this you will see different sections are automatically added. . .. . . .. ”
But we have not DEMO FILE

Sorry for the inconvenience about the documentation of the theme.
As there was some minor changes in the theme’s documentation as per the latest version of the theme.The line that your were referring has been changed to below:
Further you might refer the updated documentation.After this you would be able see a pop-up box appear, click Theme Defined tab on left hand-side. And then you will be able to see Prebuilt Layout For Home page as Home.
