    Dear WenSolutions support team,

    Today when making changes to the featured slider on our website http://www.medicalimagingtechnologies.com, it seems a bug appeared.

    I have changed the number of featured slides to four and all appears perfect when editing.

    But, in the published version of the website, there are several more slides, which are empty/ has the words “excertp” and “buttons”. You can see it on the start page of http://www.medicalimagingtechnologies.com

    Could you please advise how we can correct this?

    Hello @anna,

    When we checked the theme locally, we were unable to find such kind of issue.

    Also, when we inspect your site we found that you do not have the latest version of the theme. So, please upgrade your theme to the latest version and verify the issue.

    Further please deactivate any third party plugin if you have installed any and verify the issue.

    Dear Wen Solutions,

    Good morning from Sweden.

    OK, I have updated the theme version.

    As far as I can remember I have not installed any new plugins. And we don’t have any plugin concerning a featured slider.

    The issue on the featured slider on the front page appeared as I was updating content in the theme appearance in the featured slider options…

    Any ideas what more we can try to solve it? Thanks

    The issue is due to incompatibility with the plugin “SiteOrigin widget Bundle“.

    So, as for now to resolve the issue you can deactivate th,e plugin. However the compatibility issue between the theme and the plugin is noted and we will try to fix them as soon as possible.
