Can you tell me why my homepage header is different with the other pages? How can I fix this?

Themes have this feature to add a header image that appears on the other pages but not on the homepage. And this theme has a feature to setup header on the home page and other pages with a different theme.
If you want to get the same header image, you can use the same image.

Next question: If you look at http://www.uwdenkbeeld.nl/producten/aftermovies/ you see that my header has a color and isn’t transparant. I’ve looked everywhere but can’t find a solution. Where I can fix this?
