October 5, 2016 at 2:31 pm #20043obelix112za@gmail.com ParticipantHi Guys,
New to WP and don’t know CSS . I am busy with a site http://www.drrowanneurology.co.za
There is 2 bits at the top that shouldn’t be there: “Welcome to Trade Line” and “Latest News”
I can’t find anywhere to remove them…Thank You October 5, 2016 at 2:49 pm #20045obelix112za@gmail.com ParticipantNo bother, fixed Thx October 6, 2016 at 12:27 pm #20110wensolutions KeymasterSure. Write us any time if you have any further queries or issues. October 9, 2016 at 4:37 pm #20402TrifectaPA_Admin ParticipantUsing eVision Corporate Pro. Here is my website so far: trifectapa.com/wp. Not sure why my slider is shrunk and located to the left and why my et_About section shows the pages listed verticly and not horizontally. By paying for this theme, I expected to tailer these things and have it look like your demo, but instead it seems I have whole lot more work than that to do. Help! October 10, 2016 at 4:12 am #20436wensolutions Keymaster@TrifectaPA_Admin, few things get us in confusion after checking your site. Not sure whether your homepage you want is a blog style or the custom homepage with sections as a demo . The available widgets like Slider and various custom widgets works perfect after you set the homepage to the static front page mode from Appearance -> Customize -> Static Front Page not in Latest Post mode . You can check the documentation for more detail walkthrough. http://themepalace.com/theme-instructions/evision-corporate-pro/ Note : Please create and start a new thread to in order to focus the support discussion to your specific problem. You are posting on thread topic which is for whom is already resolved. Thank you for your help. October 10, 2016 at 9:45 am #20453TrifectaPA_Admin ParticipantThank you for helping me to resolve this matter. This was most helpful. While I tried using a static page, I wasn’t sure what to point the front and blog pages to. After reading the following article — https://codex.wordpress.org/Creating_a_Static_Front_Page, and once I created the ‘home’ and ‘blog’ pages the problem with the slider and the et_’section’ resolved. In the future, I will be sure to post by own thread topic. While I love the theme for its clean professional aesthetics, the documentation to help get you up and running is a bit confusing.
