Hi, I’ve been pulling my hair out over this. I have a home page which uses rotating text. When I add the shortcake it previews fine, but I want to remove the page title text and also I have a floating footer which is weird. So I install the hide page and post title plugin and in the page I check the box to hide the title, I also add a spacer block in below my shortcode to force the footer to the bolo of the page. Then however when I go to the theme customise homepage settings and select the “home” page, I get all the weirdness, suddenly I just have a black fill across the middle of the page and the menus text is the wrong colour. Can I disable the theme’s home page crazy thing and just get the site to use my home page as the home page? why is it doing this? I have screen shots I can post but there is no where to do it here.

Could you please send us your site Url?. Also you can try disabling the plugin that you have installed. if you want to hide the page title we can do that by custom CSS.

Sanamthe url is mcoxarchitect.au, however it’s in under construction mode until I fix this problem so I’m not sure if you’ll be able to see the issue. I have turned off the hide title text add-on, but I’m still having the same problem. my home page just displays a black blank box with nothing from my actual homepage. Is there a way for me to connect with support to fix this problem rather than through this forum, where I can’t even post a screenshot of the issue?
