I found the Travel Insight theme through my WordPress.com dashboard as a theme option. It gave me the option to “go pro” in order to get more customization options, so I did that and paid to get pro. But now I see that I have to download the theme and then upload it to the site. My understanding is that I shouldn’t have to do that with WordPress.com sites. Please help, this is very frustrating!

First of all thank you very much for buying the pro version of the theme.
After buying the theme you need to activate the theme in your dashboard by following two different ways and to know about it please refer to below given link of our official documentation given below:

The theme itself will not get installed after buying the theme. 🙂
