Actually, we are not quite clear whether you want to activate the pro version or the free version?
The issue that you have mentioned about the service section is already fixed in the recent version. So please activate the pro version or the free version as per your requirement. The update of the recent version will be available in the dashboard as given in the screenshot below:
You can update the theme using the FTP as well.

Hi the updates section says there are no updates available for the themes. You sent me an update for the free theme however I am wanting the update for the pro version as you will see from your records I bought it in September. I have launched the pro version live so you can see that the script issue is still there. If you can send the update for the pro version hopefully it will then be sorted

The update for the pro version has also already been released. The newest version is 1.0.1. Please check your theme version. The issue has been fixed in the version 1.0.1.

Hi I’ve checked the theme and it’s showing 1.00. I downloaded the zip file to desktop for 1.01 however I can’t find a update button can you advise? it only offer a customise button.
For ref when I go to add theme it shows I updated Korpo free version correctly, however the pro version is still 1.00.

I have made the site live to test, however the Privacy and cookies banner is not disappearing on the pages
My host has said it’s a designer/developer issue, the banner won’t disappear when clicked on the About Us, Your Account, Buyer & Seller info, News & Stories, Contact pages and other linked pages.
The only page it disappears is the front page, can someone help?Hello,
The theme is designed in a way where the banner image will be displayed in all the pages except in the front page.
But if you want to remove them from the pages then please add below given CSS by going to Admin panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

I’m happy for it to be there for compliance reasons however is there a way it can disappear once clicked on as it does on the FP?

Actually, it does not work like the slider. In case of slider, you display post and clicking on which you will be redirected to that particular post.
But in case of the banner image, it is just an image displayed there. It is not post/page that will again be directed to any other page. It is just a static image.
So if you don’t want then add above given CSS as mentioned in the above place.

The Home page – The expandable section isn’t showing the whole the thing when expanding. It seems to hide the header and cut into the photos how can this be remedied?

The heading “A Safer Way to Buy” is covered by the logo and slider and only shows up when I go to customise.
Also looking at the page normally you will see the puppies pic disappears to the left edge. The full pic with an edge is not showing. I’ve tried it using edge and chrome at 100% zoom and it’s the same issue.
Also there is an issue regarding the size of the image when you to scroll down to “Buy Now” I’ve taken it off because the thumbnail size is weak, is there a way round this so I can have an image that sits right in this white space? I would like to show screen shot but not sure how I can do this?
