Hi! I bought Signify Pro a few hours ago and tried to install it on my Signifiy Dark page many times without success. Below you see the error message I get. I want to get my payment refunded since I bought a product that does not work. Unless you fix the problem immediately

The package could not be installed. No valid extensions were found.
Plugin installation failed.
Go to install extensions
