Hi support team,
I’m getting some issues using theme customizer.
All of a sudden, it shows up the default contents on the page that I wish to customize such as (Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisci elit etc. etc.) instead of those previously edited and also visibles on the live pages.
I can see the correct values using the left menus and changing them makes the preview reflects as expected. Refreshing the page turns all the contents back to default. (of course I click on publish button)
I didn’t installed or modified anything in wordpress except for the core upgrade to 5.1.
Unfortunatly, I don’t have a recent set of backup so I really hope that somebody could help.Thanks

When we tested the latest version of the theme we could not find such an issue. So please check the point below:
– Testing for a plugin conflict: This is usually the most common issue that users encounter when the Customizer settings will not save. To find out which plugin it could be, try deactivating all of your plugins and then check to see if your Customizer settings will save the changes.
– Check Chrome Inspect to see if there are and javascript errors: Open your site in the Chrome Browser and go into the WordPress Customizer.Right-click anywhere in the page and select “Inspect“. This will open the developer mode for the browser where you’re able to view the site code and change over to the Console tab to view if the site has and javascript errors.
Finally, do not forget to check the customizer setting in the default themes.

I bought the WPML plug-in to make the site in two languages because polylang had problems.
I can not translate some parts of the site into customize.
The portfolio section where “My Latest work” is written remains in one language.
I can not translate the contact section.I also have a problem with the gallery. If I click on a category and the post I uploaded is on the second page of the gallery (http://www.krinaphoto.com/krina/gallery/page/2/) it does not show it to me. I must first click on page 2 and then on “Entertainment”. It does not work well! If you click on a category, you must search all the pages. Can you help me?

The issue regarding the gallery page has already been resolved and the update is already out.
Regarding the latest news section, in the title, we have escaped the HTML for the security purpose so the HTML tag won’t work here.
Hope this clears the confusion.

I updated the theme but this modification that you did does not work well.
If I click on the “gallery page” and click on “people” I don’t see the article with a photo gallery called “Portrait”.
Even the mobile version does not work.Also on the home page there is the same problem as on the gallery page.

It is because you can show at most 16 posts only in the section. That is why no any post is displayed in your last category.
Also to increase the no requires higher code customization as we need to edit the codes through the child theme.
So if you want then you can hire our professional developer.

Have you selected the category from English setting in this section? Make sure not to select them.
Also when we tried to check the admin setting through the login you have provided, we found that you have changed the login credential.
So once check whether you selected the category in English or not?

I send you the new login credentials by email.
I selected the correct language and now it works.
But there is always a problem on the gallery page.
If you click on gallery and click on the categories where there is “Load more”, sometimes it doesn’t open anything. If the page is empty, to see the article you must always click on “Load more”. The problem alternates today it does it up to “aerial photography” while yesterday the problem was on “evets”.In a previous post you wrote to me:
“It is because you can show at most 16 posts. That is why no post is displayed on your last category.”
I have deleted and uploaded a post by category and on the home the problem is solved. But in the gallery no.
