We would like to apologize for all the trouble but when we tested theme in our side the gallery section at the front page is working fine. The gallery template also shows at most 8 posts and also is working fine.

https://www.useloom.com/share/454d99b559ba4bddbd05b25a384b4a8dAlso according to our developer, the mentioned issue is not an issue. As you can see it’s a gallery page with filter option. When you select categories for gallery page, eight posts from selected categories will be shown. As you click on load more button, more posts will append in the list. Therefore until all the posts from the selected categories are loaded, Load more button will be visible.

I don’t think you understood the problem.
Did you see the video I sent you? The gallery page does not open previews in all categories. This happens on the English and Italian websites. To show previews of some categories I am obliged to click on “Load More”.

Honestly, I’m very sorry for buying a theme that doesn’t work well.
