    I just saw that there was an update available for my Restaurantz Pro theme to version 2.3 in WordPress today but was unable to update. When I went to my account on your site, I see that my license expired in September of this year but the date your site lists for the update is May of this year. Why didn’t I see that an update was available months ago prior to expiration of my license? I’ve loved using the theme and it was worth every penny but I feel like this update should have been covered by my license before it expired and I shouldn’t have to purchase a new license.

    We would like to apologize for the inconveniences.

    The issue that you have mentioned may have caused due to the plugins that you have used especially if you have used any caching plugin. The issue may also be because of the server issue.

    You have to look into your configurations properly so that even if you buy another product the update must be accessible to you.

    Further, since your theme has expired, to get the regular update you must renew the license. For this, you need to simply buy the new theme and use the license of that theme.
