I am trying to update my students links menu with new custom URLs, but they are not pushing through to the website. In the Menus page, I have the menu set up with the new custom links, they are still there after I save the menu, but for some reason the change is not happening in the website where the menu shows up. I have had to customize the theme’s php code to get the menu to pop up where I want it to be, not sure if that information is useful, I don’t think that would have anything to do with why it won’t update. The custom code is about location placement, not the actual menu’s content. Any help would be appreciated.

Could you please do the conflict check with other plugins and default theme? Sometimes strange behavior is caused due to third-party plugins.
Also, please check the same situation in default TwentySeventeen theme. If the issue persists with our theme only, then let us know so we will look further into it.
The conflict was with another plugin, the issue has been resolved. Thank you for your time and effort! Issue resolved.
