When we inspected your site URL we found that you are using the tourable theme not Travel Gem theme.
Also, when we tested the theme locally, we were unable to find such kind of issue. The slider is working absolutely fine.
So if you have installed any third-party plugin then please deactivate them and verify the issue.

Hola Buenos dias, tiene otro tema instalado momentaneamente porque el travel gem pro presenta error, por favor revisar la plantilla porque presenta error en el editor en vivo y en front (trave seach)
Es posible que me ayuden con la instalacion del tema, creo que debe tener un error en la plantilla
ya esta activado el tema Travel Gem Pro
Por la diferencia horaria en colombia me ayudaria mucho respuesta inmediata…aqui son las 10:00 y tengo todo el dia para trabajar en la plantilla hoy..
