Wordpress is saying I need to update my theme. Every time I try, I get an error message Update failed, Download failed unauthorised.
I have a key in place which is activated and valid until June 2025I was given a key when I purchased it but When I log into my theme palace account and look at my theme subscription, the key area is blank and payment says pending so I guess this is why it is not updating. Please can this be sorted so I can update my theme.
