Since we were not able to find out the exact issue we want to inspect the debug log and for this, you have to edit your wp-config file.

Config file will be there inside the WordPress folder. Please have a look into the screen record below:

You can edit the config file from the c-panel.

This way all the issues will be listed in the debug-log file and it will be easy for us to inspect the issue.
