    I will upgrade shortly.
    I guess this will provide a new API key, which will eliminate the automatic message display in my WP dashboard?
    I shouldn’t have to download or change anything in my WP instance I guess, as the version is the same?

    Sorry for the trouble.

    I just updated to WP 4.9.3, came back to the homepage sections area and now see the availability of other pages/dropdowns.

    I’m not sure if it was WP, or my browser at this point.

    Overriding CSS seems to work in my enqued .css now.
    This is only when I select “default” in the associated color palette?

    #main-slider p, #main-slider h3 {
    background-color: rgba(0,0,0,.33);
    }
    now works in another area.

    Is this normal behavior?
    For anything that I want to overwrite, do I keep the theme defaults in place?
    Is there a conditional that delivers this behavior?

    Really sorry for all of the questions.

    Hello again.
    In first starting out, I set my slider to show “static front page only” and to display “featured posts”.

    I wasn’t seeing my caption and slider controls as I was customizing the CSS for the featured image to be shown at a certain height on these posts.

    Is there a specific dimension and/or other setting that I can make my images appear shorter as in the “Demo Slider”?

    I’m guessing these specific dimensions of the featured image in posts/pages are what I’m missing?

    Any advice would be very appreciated.
