    Many Thanks for your reply.
    Please let me know. How can i reset license key for same website. I repeat i am not using it on any other website. I am only using it on https://www.itngschool.com. Actually in my first attempt key got activated. When i have added and activated child theme, again i got message to activate the theme. Please let me know, how can i reset the theme. I am using license of any theme first time. Please help me.

    Hello Sir,
    I Just purchased this theme for my website itngschoolcom. Please help me. I am stuck with theme Licence Activation problem.
    I am getting “License status is unknown” message. I am using child theme with name itng-school.
