I have tried on 3 different types of cell phones for now.
Samsung s9 plus with the 6.2-inch screen
Lg k 40 with 5.7 inches
Samsung j5 with 5.2 inches.
In addition, by viewing with the inspect option, on google chrome and choosing mobile you see the same problem.
I send the screenshot as show.
I also deleted the changes made with the css from the customize section of the theme. The problem has not yet been resolved.

I cleared the cache, I deactivated all the plugins, I reset the theme settings, I activated the original theme again by deactivating the child theme. the problem has not been resolved. lastly I activated the free version and it worked. I don’t understand where the problem is. please help me to solve it.

when I insert a single image on the slider the problem doesn’t happen. when i put multiple images this problem occurs.
the dimensions of the images are 1592×1072
