    upon further research you have to choose Page template as “menu”

    Really not clear in your instruction pages! Bu thanks for responding

    That is what I have done…not working. Am I missing some check box somewhere?

    Thanks for the info. but my logo is a horizontal one 424px x 155px. Is there a way to let the width be displayed wider in the mobile preview?
