I’m happy for it to be there for compliance reasons however is there a way it can disappear once clicked on as it does on the FP?
I have made the site live to test, however the Privacy and cookies banner is not disappearing on the pages
My host has said it’s a designer/developer issue, the banner won’t disappear when clicked on the About Us, Your Account, Buyer & Seller info, News & Stories, Contact pages and other linked pages.
The only page it disappears is the front page, can someone help?For ref when I go to add theme it shows I updated Korpo free version correctly, however the pro version is still 1.00.
Hi I’ve checked the theme and it’s showing 1.00. I downloaded the zip file to desktop for 1.01 however I can’t find a update button can you advise? it only offer a customise button.
Hi the updates section says there are no updates available for the themes. You sent me an update for the free theme however I am wanting the update for the pro version as you will see from your records I bought it in September. I have launched the pro version live so you can see that the script issue is still there. If you can send the update for the pro version hopefully it will then be sorted

Hi Haven’t received feedback. As the update button isn’t showing should I delete the korpo free version and re-activate it? Do I do the same for the pro version?
When you’re back online, perhaps the best way of sorting this fix issue is to do the original idea from you, which is to have access. I can add you as a user under username editor (or your suggestion) and nickname editor (or your suggestion). I assume I would need to add your email address? I could then generate a password for you to access the front page HTML issue, what do you think?
I never found the update button. You stated ‘The updating of the theme is an easy process. You just need to click on the update button to update to the recent version.’ All I can see on the theme is customise
I have gone to admin> themes updated korpo pro it then showed Korpo was active so I then selected pro and activated it. According to the instructions it should have included the fix however I’ve checked and it hasn’t so I must have done something wrong. Would it be best if you sent me the fix again and then typed through the process please. I.e. once the fix has come do I activate and publish Korpo? Do I then click Korpo pro button or go through the FTP process again and activate?
I’ve followed the instruction have gone to My Account saved the korpo file to desktop, have gone to admin>appearance> themes clicked on customise (only option other than general details when you put curser on image) and it takes me to the customise page I can’t see any update section please help.
Hi just received your reply, I’ve already bought the pro-version in September. What I want to know is once I activate Korpo with the fix and then go to activate pro version it take me to payment area, how can I verify I’ve already paid?
Do I now activate Korpo from admin> appearance themes (which is where I saw the link) now as I verified it there. It was then I went to customise and it offered me to publish, which I didn’t.
I assume if I activate Korpo now it includes the fix? I then activate pro? If I do it takes me to your website to pay. Please advise
