    I’ve now removed the featured image (woman with dog ‘high fiving’) from the ‘Contact’ page. If you can’t put a pic on the Front Page next to the contact form (without it leaking onto the other pages) I’ll leave as is. Please advise

    Picture showing how the picture was sitting on the content pages.

    This has since disappeared

    If you click on the link you will see how the picture was looking 5 days ago when I first contacted you this has now gone off the site. Hopefully whatever you did has sorted this, however the picture is no longer on the front page and is now only sitting on the Contact page

    The pic that was to the left of the contact form on the front page. However it seems to have disappeared.
    The pic is still on the contact us sub page under the main pic. Not sure what’s going on as it was as above until late last week.

    You added code before to allow that pic to sit to the left of the form on the FP.

    Can you sort so the pic is reverted back to the left of the contact form on the FP and take it off the sub page (showing on Contact page). Can you make sure the contact section for the FP allows the picture of a women and dog high fiving to only be shown on FP?

    Previously the pic was on the FP but was showing up as a part pic on all the other pages. Hence why my Hosts commented above. They said you hadn’t put a stop (which would then only show on the FP) on the Contact us section of the FP, but have this ability for the other sections.

    Unfortunately the picture has disappeared so I can’t show it now. Why has this happened? I have not altered or touched any code settings so something must have been changed at your end?

    Also for future ref do I add a screenshot file to this? The tags above don’t appear to offer a file attachment all I can do is as follows:Front page of Korpo pro

    I am close to launching and would like this sorted so I can proudly show your them off and launch effectively.

     Hi I’ve not heard back from you yet.
    Upon investigating, it looks like the theme itself has been coded without the option to add an image to the side of the Contact section on the home page; whereas the other sections do:
    The workaround which I see that had been implemented was to add a background image to the site’s overall background image area:
    However, this leads to the issue I am experiencing. Additionally, it does not appear that there is a specific element to target when trying to ‘hide’ this image on the other pages.

    Is there something you can add so that this is sorted please with a more specific workaround which will not conflict with the theme’s layout.
    Can you reply please with your solution or comments please

    Hi you provided code to place a pic to the left of ‘Get in Touch with us’on the home page, however part of that pic is now showing (below main pic) on all of the sub pages i.e. ‘Contact’, ‘About us’, ‘Pay Now’, ‘Buyer & seller info’, ‘New Stories’

    Can you provide advice to eliminate this pic on the sub pages, but keeps the picture on the home page. The picture depicts a female and dog ‘high fiving’

    Hi I can’t find the option to place the image on the left. Under ‘Customize the Front Page’, ‘Contact Details’ doesn’t offer an image placement option. Please check and provide guidance.

    Thanks for the above.

    One other issue on the theme Home page.

    Under the Contact section the contact form 7 scrolls down; however there is white space to the right of the form.

    I can’t find an option to place a large photo to fit with the style of the home page.
    Can you provide me with an option to move the form to the right and either place a photo to the left?

    If not is there a way to double bank the Contact form 7 instead

    Either option with solve the blank space issue

    I’ve done some lateral thinking and have made the contact form 7 update with calculator.
    The form isn’t perfect in respect to how it should ideally look, but at least it’s consistent.Ignore above; however do you have suggestions regarding improving the forms look on the page?

    The calculator developer sent me css code .wpcf7 p, .wpcf7 p:nth-child(2), .wpcf7 p:nth-child(3) {
    width: 50%;
    float: none;
    }

    The developer said if it didn’t work then I need to speak to you guys

    I put it in additional settings in the contact form 7 but the layout is still out.

    Should I put this is in ‘Additional CSS’ under ‘Customise’ on the main page? Or

    If this is the wrong code what should I add and where? At the moment I’ve only placed the calculator on the sample page https://petbuyingprotection.com/sample-page-2-2/ so you can view the layout issue. I want to have the calculator and clean layout of the calculator in use on any relevant page

    Hi I’ve added a calculator to the sample page. The calculator works; however the layout is an issue. Do you have CSS code or suggestion for it to look right in the theme?

    Url to see page live is https://petbuyingprotection.com/sample-page-2-2/

    Look forward to your suggestion. P.s the calculator developer showed me a screenshot with Gutenberg and it looks fine. He suggested if it didn’t it will be a theme layout issue

    I’ve put a featured image from the editing section and put a pic of a dog and cat together, you’ll see the square image looks lost and when the curser hovers over it, the Pay here now shows up.

    2 issues

    1. Is there a way the image can be larger to make it look better in the white space?

    2 Also when I update and see it live on the ‘pay now’ page the visual sits under the header pic, which I don’t want; however when I go back to the edit page it’s not showing, how can I keep it as a feature image for the Homepage ( hopefully enlarged) and not have a larger version on the live
    url https://petbuyingprotection.com/pay-now/ which is too much as we need people to go to payment part without scrolling too much

    top image to left puppies to right slide bar

    I’ve done this via img button above, not sure what button offers me add a screen shot

    url https://petbuyingprotection.com which will takes you to the front page you should be able to see the issue of the pic disappearing to the side and the slider blocking the headline.

    Also the button space under ‘Buy now’ only offers a thumbnail any pic I add looks lost, at the moment It just says ‘Payment page’

    To follow on the section is currently covered by the words ‘Payment Page” as the thumbnail image doesn’t cover the block, so it look weak

    To left pic of 3 Dogs with logo and top slider

    The heading “A Safer Way to Buy” is covered by the logo and slider and only shows up when I go to customise.

    Also looking at the page normally you will see the puppies pic disappears to the left edge. The full pic with an edge is not showing. I’ve tried it using edge and chrome at 100% zoom and it’s the same issue.

    Also there is an issue regarding the size of the image when you to scroll down to “Buy Now” I’ve taken it off because the thumbnail size is weak, is there a way round this so I can have an image that sits right in this white space? I would like to show screen shot but not sure how I can do this?

    The Home page – The expandable section isn’t showing the whole the thing when expanding. It seems to hide the header and cut into the photos how can this be remedied?
