Hi, there is not such an option “Enable Slider Options”. There is “Enable Controls”, but unchecking that disables also the “ball” controls for changing the slide.
Thanks, but the arrows worked thus far and stopped working all of a sudden. This is relatively annoying, since the pages are supposed to go online today, and there cannot be dysfunctional arrows. So how to go around this problem? At the very least, the arrows should be disabled without disabling the other controls.
Sorry for the trouble, it seems that for some reason the “enable banner image” checkbox was not checked.
Thanks, but unfortunately this did not do anything. Does the image original have to be of particular size so that the system discards the image if it is too high? What are the allowed file formats? I am using a .gif image.
Thanks, although the solution just puts a coloured block in the background, which does not look good. I also wonder why the issue of conflicting colours does not rise in Firefox.
