Before sending a screen shot the issue the API does not activate.
I would you like a screen shot sent through the email I have received?
Jennifer SimsParticipantThe licence key is correct and has been checked several times, the theme hasn’t expired yet, it is due on the 13 February 2020. It has occurred when I updated the theme.
Jennifer SimsParticipantThank you for your feedback. While I renew the theme each year and have paid again I guess this also pays for support and is buyer beware. I should have checked the update date which is currently 2017.

Jennifer SimsParticipantThank you for the response. I have another query. Only two days ago I renewed and purchased my licence for the Wen Business Pro theme. I also noticed there as been no updates to the theme since 2017. Which means I have purchased a copy of what I already have. Could you advise if this is correct. Yet you want to charge for additional customisation.

Could you advise on the header colour changing issue on the site please.
When moving down the page the header is fixed and does not scroll with the page and changes background colour to white instead of staying blue.

Regardless of the colour of the mobile menu we are still having issues viewing the mobile menu and icons in th your them. This occurs when using Google Chrome Windows 10 and 7. Using Explorer the icons and menus disappear. Screen captures have been attached.
Screen captures have been emailed to you via we transfer.
