    Hi Sanam,

    Could you let me know if you have any CSS that would omit the headline (post tile) that overlaps the featured image on Posts, but only deletes it on Mobile?

    Tim

    Hi Sanam,

    Many thanks! This worked perfectly!

    On another note, could you recommend a plugin that would allow our customers to share posts to Facebook etc.?

    Best,

    Tim

    Hello Psink,

    I have the fonts working now thanks!

    However, we discovered that there is a Bug on the Checkout page. I checked with WOO Commerce first and they suggested I load another theme to see if the bug went away and it did. They suggested that the problem was with the theme. We are seeing this on Browsers such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

    Please see:
    https://staging3.relaxatoasis.com/checkout/

    For some reason, the words that should be next to the text box for COMPANY NAME are out of position when the page is displaying at a full width on a Desktop.

    Next to the text box for LAST NAME it looks like this:

    COM LAST NAME

    PAN

    Y

    Please take a look and let me know what you think.

    Thanks,

    Tim Coletti

    Hi Psink,

    I had already disabled every plugin before I contacted you and it did not solve the issue.

    I then created a fresh Staging site for you to take a look at with all of the plugins running before I sent you the credentials to login.

    Also, I have just checked the site in all my browsers, Mac and PC, and unfortunately the issue is still occurring.

    Please check again, the site is loading up Helvetica, which is the wrong font and the main issue, it should be Open Sans.

    When the site is working properly, with Open Sans loading up as the font, the site runs extremely quickly. When it is not running correctly, and Helvetica is loading, the pages load is choppy and slow.

    Thanks,

    Tim

    Hi Sanam,

    I just sent credentials to you through you form.

    I had thought that I had fixed the problem above but I actually did not. I created a new staging site “staging27.relaxatoasis.com” and set you up as an administrator.

    Thanks,

    Tim

    Hi,

    I made a fresh staging site and the problems are still happening.

    The new staging site is:

    staging3.relaxatoasis.com

    Hi,

    Just to let you know, my web host fixed the problem. I think some things got scrambled while the staging site was being pushed out live as some of the scrambled code that was fixed still had some staging URLs in there.

    Hi Sanam,

    I actually just noticed that the fonts do not match. Something odd is definitely happening.

    Thanks,

    Hi Sanam,

    Thanks!

    I have just published this site from staging.

    When it is accessed online at the staging site address (staging20.relaxatoasis.com) everything works great.

    When the exact same site (just pushed out live to relaxatoasis.com) the page loads have a distinct delay, specifically, the menu disappears and reloads and is very distracting. Please take a look and let me know what you think.

    Many Thanks,

    Tim

    Hi Sanam,

    Sorry… One more important thing. I am about to publish this site, but I need to be able to customize the “site-info” footer area where the copyright notice is.

    Thanks,

    Hi Sanam,

    I see, I thought you were telling me to add it to my inline CSS…

    It works great now — Thanks!

    Could you let me know if there is a way to keep text links from getting underlining either global or with inline CSS?

    Best,

    Tim

    Hi Sanam,

    I am not sue what adding !important does in the inline CSS and I have the inline CSS working fine, but I was not actually looking to do the margins with inline CSS, if I did it would mean styling each and every line line.

    I was hoping to add it to my Additional CSS to get it to work globally where appropriate.

    For example, this is what I have tried in my Additional CSS and I have marked the things that don’t work. I am most concerned with getting the margins to work:

    h1 {
    font-weight: 500;
    /*not working*/color: #007ac9;
    letter-spacing: 1px;
    }

    h2 {
    font-weight: 400;
    /*not working*/color: #007ac9;
    letter-spacing: 1px;
    }

    h3 {
    font-weight: 400;
    /*not working*/color: #007ac9;
    letter-spacing: 1px;
    /*not working*/text-align: center; margin: 50px 0px 8px 0px;
    }

    h4 {
    font-weight: 400;
    /*not working*/color: #007ac9;
    letter-spacing: 1px;
    /*not working*/text-align: center; margin: 50px 0px 8px 0px;
    }

    h5 {
    font-weight: 400;
    /*not working*/color: #007ac9;
    line-height: 1.6;
    letter-spacing: 1px;
    /*not working*/text-align: center; margin: 50px 0px 8px 0px;

    }

    h6 {
    font-weight: 400;
    /*not working*/color: #007ac9;
    line-height: 1.6;
    }

    Hi Sanam,

    Thanks for getting right back to me!

    Unfortunately what I end up with using either option does not really work for this client. All of the product images come in on a white background and do not work being depicted as a full width featured image. When I turn off the option, I still end up with an empty very light gray box gray box with white type that is pretty much illegible.

    Is there a way to enable a unique featured image that I could use in the typical way so that I could choose an image other than the product image, such as a full bleed image at the top of the following page? In the same way that my regular site pages work… ?

    https://staging20.relaxatoasis.com/jan-marini-products/?doing_wp_cron=1659093188.7882790565490722656250

    Or, is there CSS that I could add to the customizer that would take the header image area off of all of the Single Product pages, thus making it appear as if I had Homepage/Frontpage selected in the “Header Media” section of the customizer? Please note that I do need my header images to still appear on the rest of the site… Just not on Single Product Pages.

    Thanks,

    Tim

    Hi Sanam,

    Many thanks for that update! Works great now!

    As I am building this out, I noticed something in the shop Single Product Pages:

    All single Product Pages getting a blank (light gray) header and I am unable to toggle on the product pages between Default, Enable and Disable in the Header Featured Image Options dropdown menu on each page. I am able to choose, but upon updating the page, the setting reverts to default, and there is a blank (light gray) header no matter what I do. I would either like to set a featured image to match the product category,) Jan Marini, Repechage and RevitaLash products) featured/header image, or turn the header images off (disable).

    Also:
    HTML Lines, <hr />, not showing up within content sections of static pages?

    Thanks so much for your help!

    Tim
