    Actually, all our premium plugins come with an initial 1 year of Subscription. This mean that you can download the updates and get private support forum access until 1 year of purchase date.

    Regarding your query, the issue might have raised due to the expiration of the license. So, please make sure that the license has not been expired.

    To renew the license, you need to re-purchase the plugin (or addon) from the Theme Palace and obtain the new license key.

    If everything is fine regarding the license, then can you please provide us with a specific screenshot of the error message(if appearing) you are facing.

    The license you obtain is a single site subscription. It can be connected to only one site at a time. If you have activated your license key more than one website (e.g. localhost or staging site) then you will see Invalid License error. You cannot use the same license on your second website without resetting it.

    Hello,

    To get the link of the social icon on the new tab when clicked, you have to set the menus by following the path Appearance > Menu and select ‘screen option’ button on the top of the screen. Check the ‘Link Target’ option which will help you get option as per your requirement.

    Regarding the query about displaying the site in multiple languages, yes definitely you can make your site multilingual and for this, we recommend using the WPML plugin. Using the WPML translation plugin, you will be able to display your site in multiple languages.

    It provides you with two separate customizers for two separate languages. That is why we recommend you to use the WPML translation plugin which will help you solve the issue you are facing.

    Regarding your query, to display the categories in the sidebar as you shown in the screenshot you have to add widgets from the dashboard following the path, Appearance > Widgets > Primary Sidebar and add categories as the widgets.
