For the translation, you can use string translation plugin like loco translate.

To upgrade to the pro version you need to simply buy the pro theme from the ThemePalace creating your account.

After buying the pro version use the license key and activate the theme.

The theme offers the feature to sort the sections of the homepage contents, however the static content of the site is designed to set in the bottom of the sections. As for now, theme do not offer the functionality to sort the static section but we can give you the CSS if you want to hide it from the homepage.
However, if you still want the feature to make the static content of the theme sortable, you can refer to hire our customizer service.

All the strings in the theme are translation ready and you can make the translations of individual strings with the plugin called “Loco Translate“.
Also, if you are willing to make the site multilingual, we suggest you to use a premium plugin called WPML since we have tested the translation functionality with WPML plugin.

Can you please explain what are you willing to change in the sidebars so that we can further inspect for the changes in your site ?
