The theme functionality and its layouts are designed with the plugins that the theme recommends and are well tested with those plugins.
Since, the Event plugin is a third party plugin and is not recommended by the theme itself, we are unable to help you out with the problem. Further, making the theme further compatible with the plugin requires a higher code customization.
Also, if you want the developers to create changes in the core theme files, you can refer to our Hire our Customizer service.
Hope this clears your confusion.
Regards!

wensolutionsKeymasterHello @seohunk,
First of all, thank you very much for your interest in the plugin.
Currently, we do not have the payment gateway that you have mentioned.
However, if you provide the information about the gateway then we will research and help you built the gateway. Also, since it requires higher code customization, you need to hire a professional developer for this.
To hire one you can refer to below given link:

Thank you.
wensolutionsKeymasterHello @steve84,
First of all, thank you very much for your interest in the theme.
Regarding the multilingual queries, yes you can create the multilingual site with the theme.
As for the slider, since it is set up using the post or the category, you need to create the separate post for each language and thus you will have the slider for each language.
You can use the multilingual plugin “WPML” for the multilanguage site setup.
Hope this clears the confusion.
Thank you.

To remove the ‘go-down’ button on mobile and smaller made browsers, please add the below given CSS by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
@media screen and (max-width: 1023px){ .menu-toggle, .secondary-menu-toggle { display: none; } }
Hope this helps
Feel free to reach us for any further query/confusion.

wensolutionsKeymasterHello
The licence key has nothing to do with the child theme and hence, the issue is not there because of the child theme.
Please send the licence reset request at info[@]themepalace.com and they will look forward to the issue.
Regards!
