To make the widget as you have mentioned available in the widgets, you need to activate the plugin “Woocommerce”. The plugin is recommended by the theme as well.

Your requirement requires changes in the core theme file and only the custom CSS won’t make the difference since the icons should direct to the respective links and more. The process is complex and need modification in the core theme file.
For the changes, as mentioned above, you need to hire a professional developer.

As for the query about displaying the image, currently, the feature is not available in the theme and to make it work in such way require higher code customization.

To change the color as you want please add below-given CSS by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
