Yes you can definitely display more posts in the single archive page and for this, you need to go to Admin Panel > Settings > Reading > Blog pages show at most and increase the no as per your requirement.

Here the theme does not allow to override the theme style with any other plugin including the elementor.
So to make the elementor override the CSS from the theme, you need to take help from the professional so that there will not be any kind of issues.
